the Unique LNP™ STAT KON® DSL229 Polycarbonate Compound integrates 10% Stainless Steel and 10% PTFE, creating a structure that balances High Stiffness with controlled Friction behaviour. The Metallic Reinforcement enhances Rigidity and Dimensional Stability, while PTFE reduces Surface Wear during continuous Motion.

LNP™ STAT KON® DSL229 Polycarbonate Compound achieves a Surface Resistivity range of 1×10¹ to 1×10⁶ Ω, enabling both Conductive and Static Dissipative performance across a Variety of applications.

Wear Resistance is a key advantage. The PTFE content allows Smooth Sliding Contact with reduced material degradation, making this material suitable for components exposed to Friction, repeated Motion, or Mechanical Interaction.

LNP™ STAT KON® DSL229 Polycarbonate Compound meets UL94-V0 at 1.5 mm, allowing it to be used in applications where Flame Resistance must be achieved alongside Mechanical and Electrical Requirements.

Thermal and Mechanical Durability are supported by the Polycarbonate Base. components maintain Strength under Load while resisting deformation across Typical Operating Temperatures.
