LNP™ STAT KON® DX02728C Polycarbonate Compound is designed specifically for Clean Operational Systems, where both Electrical behaviour and Environmental Stability must remain tightly controlled over time.

This Grade Builds on a Polycarbonate Foundation but is enhanced through Conductive Carbon Powder and LNP Clean Compounding Technology. The Result is a material that does more than Dissipate Static Charge — it helps maintain the Integrity of the Environment in which it Operates.

A Central Aspect of LNP™ STAT KON® DX02728C Polycarbonate Compound is its Low Contamination Profile. By minimizing Particle Generation (Low LPC), Ionic Content, and Outgassing, the material reduces the Risk of Introducing Unwanted Variables into Sensitive Assemblies. This makes it particularly Relevant for Systems where Microscopic Contamination can affect Yield, Reliability, or performance Consistency.

Electrical performance is engineered to remain stable rather than Aggressive.
