LNP™ STAT KON® DX03571 Polycarbonate Compound is engineered for applications where Impact Durability must be combined with Dependable Electrostatic performance. built on a Polycarbonate base enhanced with Proprietary Conductive Fillers, this Grade is tailored for Electronic Systems requiring both Mechanical Resilience and Electrical Control.

LNP™ STAT KON® DX03571 Polycarbonate Compound features an Advanced Impact Modified formulation, allowing components to Absorb Mechanical Stress and Resist Cracking under repeated Handling or sudden Loads. This makes it suitable for Environments where Durability is critical.

Electrical Functionality is integrated within the material Structure. The Compound achieves a Surface Resistivity range of 1×10² to 1×10⁴ Ω, placing it firmly in the Conductive range, enabling Fast Static Dissipation and reliable ESD Protection.

Unlike Heavily Fiber Reinforced Compounds, LNP™ STAT KON® DX03571 Polycarbonate Compound maintains a balanced Mechanical Profile, preserving Toughness while delivering consistent Conductivity. This allows components to perform Structurally without Becoming Overly Rigid or Brittle.

Processing remains efficient and consistent. The material support Stable Injection Molding, enabling Repeatable production of complex Parts used in Electronic and Industrial Systems.

Because it is optimized for Electrical and Mechanical performance, LNP™ STAT KON® DX03571 Polycarbonate Compound is not UL94 Listed, focusing Instead on Functionality and Durability.
