The unique LNP™ STAT KON® DX05042 Polycarbonate Compound Incorporates 10% PTFE, providing Low Friction characteristics that reduce Surface Wear during repeated Movement. This makes it suitable for components exposed to Sliding Contact or Rotational Motion.

Reinforcement is achieved through 20% Carbon Fiber and 5% Glass Fiber, Enhancing Stiffness while maintaining Relatively Low Weight. The Carbon Fiber also contributes to Electrical Conductivity, allowing the material to Dissipate Static Charges Effectively.

LNP™ STAT KON® DX05042 Polycarbonate Compound Achieves a Surface Resistivity in the range of 1×10² to 1×10³ Ω, positioning it as a Conductive material suitable for Electrostatic Control in Sensitive Environments.

Processing remains practical despite the Multi Component System. The material is designed for Easy Molding, supporting consistent Part Production without Excessive Process Complexity.
