LNP™ STAT KON® DX05474 Polycarbonate Compound is developed for manufacturers who need a material that Performs Consistently on the Production Floor while delivering reliable Electrical Functionality. It combines Conductive performance with improved Moldability, allowing Engineers to produce Parts that meet both Mechanical and Electrical requirements without Sacrificing Efficiency.

In real Manufacturing Environments, Materials are often Judged not only by performance but by how Easily they can be Processed. This Grade is designed to reduce Friction in Production — both Literally and Operationally. With built in Mold Release Characteristics, Parts can be Ejected Cleanly, helping reduce Cycle Interruptions and minimizing Defects such as Sticking or Surface Imperfections.

LNP™ STAT KON® DX05474 Polycarbonate Compound also provides a stable Pathway for Electrostatic Discharge through its 10% Carbon Fiber Reinforcement. The Conductive Network support a Wide Resistivity range of 1×10³ to 1×10⁷ Ω, allowing flexibility across both Static Dissipative and Moderate Conductive applications. This makes it suitable for components that must operate reliably in Electrically Sensitive Environments while maintaining Structural Integrity.

The Carbon Fiber content contributes more than Electrical Performance. It enhances Stiffness and Dimensional Stability, allowing Parts to maintain their Shape under Load and across varying Operational Conditions. at the same time, the Polycarbonate Base Preserves the Toughness Expected from PC Materials, offering Resistance to Impact and Handling Stress.

LNP™ STAT KON® DX05474 Polycarbonate Compound is also engineered for Ease of Molding, which becomes critical in High Volume Production. The balance between Reinforcement and Processability ensures that complex Geometries can be Filled Effectively without Excessive Pressure or Process Adjustments. This gives manufacturers greater Control over Part Quality while maintaining Productivity.

Despite offering Flame-Retardant Functionality in Design Intent, this Compound is not UL94 Listed, Reflecting its Positioning as a material that Prioritizes Processing Efficiency, Conductivity, and Mechanical performance rather than Formal Flame Classification.

This Grade is commonly applied in ESD Housings, Electronic Enclosures, Structural Components, and Precision Molded Parts, where stable Production, Conductivity, and Durability must be achieved together without Compromise.
