It combines Conductive performance with improved Moldability, allowing Engineers to produce Parts that meet both Mechanical and Electrical requirements without Sacrificing Efficiency.

With built in Mold Release Characteristics, Parts can be Ejected Cleanly, helping reduce Cycle Interruptions and minimizing Defects such as Sticking or Surface Imperfections.

LNP™ STAT KON® DX05474 Polycarbonate Compound also provides a stable Pathway for Electrostatic Discharge through its 10% Carbon Fiber Reinforcement. The Conductive Network support a Wide Resistivity range of 1×10³ to 1×10⁷ Ω, allowing flexibility across both Static Dissipative and Moderate Conductive applications. This makes it suitable for components that must operate reliably in Electrically Sensitive Environments while maintaining Structural Integrity.

The Carbon Fiber content contributes more than Electrical Performance.
