STAT-KON DX07323 Compound. PC Conductive Carbon Powder. ATEX Compliant

Electrically Conductive, improved Impact, durable and Good Stiffness

LNP™ STAT-KON™ DX07323 Compound is a High-Performance Polycarbonate (PC) Compound Reinforced with Stainless Steel Fiber, specifically engineered for applications requiring Electrical Conductivity, ATEX Compliance, Long-Term Durability and excellent Impact Resistance. Designed for Hazardous Environments and Industrial applications where Static Control is Critical, STAT-KON™ DX07323 combines the Toughness of Polycarbonate with the Durability and stable Conductivity of Stainless Steel Fiber Technology.

Built on a robust Polycarbonate Resin Platform, LNP™ STAT-KON™ DX07323 Compound offers an excellent balance of Impact Strength, Dimensional Stability and Thermal Endurance. The Stainless Steel Fiber Reinforcement provides Conductive performance while maintaining Mechanical Durability and Long-Term reliability in demanding Service Environments.

A Key Advantage of STAT-KON™ DX07323 is its suitability for ATEX-Compliant applications. The Compound supports Compliance with IEC 60079-0:2017, "Explosive Atmospheres – Part 0: Equipment – General Requirements," making it suitable for Equipment Intended for use in Potentially Explosive Atmospheres where Electrostatic Charge Buildup must be Controlled.

The material Exhibits a Surface Resistivity range of approximately 1 × 10⁶ to 1 × 10⁹ Ω, providing controlled Static Dissipative performance for applications requiring reliable Electrostatic Discharge Protection. This Conductivity Profile supports Equipment used in Chemical Processing, Industrial Automation, Powder Handling Systems and Hazardous-Area Environments.

Unlike Carbon-Based Conductive Fillers, the Stainless Steel Fiber Technology offers a unique benefit of Non-Sloughing performance during Long-Term use. This Characteristic helps maintain Conductive performance and Cleanliness over Extended Operating Periods, supporting Durability in demanding Industrial applications.

Another important Advantage is its Long-Term High Impact Resistance. The Polycarbonate Matrix provides Exceptional Toughness, allowing Molded components to withstand Mechanical Shock, Handling and Operational Stresses while maintaining Structural Integrity and Conductivity.

The Compound also offers excellent Hydrolytic Stability, enabling reliable performance in Humid Environments and applications exposed to Moisture. This supports Long-Term Dimensional Stability and Mechanical reliability throughout the Service Life of the Component.

In addition, STAT-KON™ DX07323 provides excellent Thermal Endurance, supported by a Temperature Index Determined According to IEC 60216-1:2013, helping Ensure stable Long-Term performance under Elevated Temperature Conditions.

A further benefit is its Colorability, allowing manufacturers to create Color-Coded components for Hazard Recognition, Product Identification and Branding Purposes while maintaining Conductive Functionality. This provides greater Design flexibility compared with many Conventional Conductive Compounds.

The material also offers Good Flow Characteristics, supporting the efficient Molding of Complex Geometries with consistent Quality and Dimensional Accuracy.

LNP™ STAT-KON™ DX07323 Compound Achieves a UL94 V-1 Rating at 2.5 mm to 2.7 mm, providing enhanced Flame-Retardant performance suitable for many Electrical and Industrial applications requiring both Conductivity and Fire Safety Characteristics.

Because of its combination of ATEX Compliance, Conductivity, Hydrolytic Stability and Long-Term Impact Resistance, LNP™ STAT-KON™ DX07323 Compound is commonly used in Hazardous-Area Equipment, Industrial Automation Systems, Process Industry Components, material Handling Equipment, Electrical Enclosures and Static-Control applications.

In addition to its Electrical and Mechanical Advantages, LNP™ STAT-KON™ DX07323 Compound is RoHS Compliant, supporting Compliance with Global Environmental Regulations while maintaining Dependable Engineering Performance.
