In Environments where even Trace Emissions or Ionic Presence can affect Outcomes, this Grade provides a controlled Platform designed for Precision-Sensitive Systems.

The material is Produced using LNP Clean Compounding Technology, ensuring reduced Contamination Pathways throughout its Lifecycle. This includes Low Ionic Content, Low Outgassing Behaviour, and Minimized Hydrocarbon Emissions (C18–C40), all of which Contribute to stable performance in tightly controlled Environments.

LNP™ STAT KON® DX10315C Polycarbonate Compound Incorporates 15% Carbon Fiber Reinforcement, enabling a Conductive System that Balances Electrical Functionality with Structural Integrity. With a Surface Resistivity range of 1×10³ to 5×10⁵ Ω, the material Operates within the Static Dissipative Range, offering consistent Electrostatic Management without Excessive Conductivity that could Disrupt Sensitive Systems.

The Polycarbonate Base ensures Durability while maintaining Surface and Dimensional Stability. Components Produced from this Compound retain their Form over time, even in Conditions Involving repeated Thermal exposure or Mechanical Stress.
