STAT-KON DX89795 Compound. Polycarbonate Conductive Carbon Powder

Electrically Conductive with the Benefits of Polycarbonate features

LNP™ STAT KON® DX89795 Polycarbonate Compound is a practical Choice for Engineers who need controlled Electrical Conductivity while maintaining the Trusted performance of Polycarbonate. Instead of Pushing material Complexity, this Grade focuses on delivering stable Electrical behaviour through a Carbon Powder System, allowing it to Integrate Smoothly into a Wide range of Electronic and Industrial Designs.

In Operation, the material provides a balanced ESD Response, avoiding Extremes and ensuring Predictable Performance. The Conductive Pathway is engineered to Dissipate Charge Efficiently without Introducing Instability, with a Surface Resistivity between 1×10³ and 1×10⁵ Ω. This Positioning makes it highly suitable for applications where reliability Matters more than Aggressive Conductivity.

LNP™ STAT KON® DX89795 Polycarbonate Compound Builds on the Mechanical Strengths of Polycarbonate. Parts Formed from this material retain Impact Resistance and Dimensional Stability, allowing Them to withstand Mechanical Stress while supporting Long-Term use. This combination ensures that Electrical Functionality is not achieved at the Expense of Durability.

Material behaviour is also Influenced by the use of Carbon Powder rather than Fiber Reinforcement. This allows the Compound to maintain a more uniform Internal Structure, which support consistent Electrical performance and Smoother Processing Characteristics. as a result, manufacturers can achieve Repeatable Part Quality without Introducing Challenges typically Associated with highly Reinforced Systems.

LNP™ STAT KON® DX89795 Polycarbonate Compound is designed with Processing Efficiency in Mind. It can be Molded using standard Methods, enabling manufacturers to maintain Production Consistency across complex Part Geometries without Adjusting Existing Tooling Strategies. This makes it a highly adaptable Option for Scalable Production Environments.

From a Compliance Standpoint, the material meets UL94 HB at 1.5 mm, providing a Basic Level of Flame performance suitable for General applications. While Flame Resistance is not the Primary Focus, the material still support applications where Moderate Safety Compliance is required.

In application, the Compound is well suited for ESD Housings, Electronic Enclosures, Protective Covers, and Industrial Components, where Conductivity, Durability, and Manufacturability must Align.

LNP™ STAT KON® DX89795 Polycarbonate Compound is RoHS Compliant, supporting Environmentally Responsible material selection while maintaining Dependable Engineering Performance.
