LNP™ STAT-KON™ DX98477 Compound is a Conductive Polycarbonate (PC) Compound formulated with Conductive Carbon Powder to provide reliable Electrical Conductivity while Retaining the Inherent Toughness, Impact Resistance and Dimensional Stability Associated with Polycarbonate Materials. Designed for Electronic, Industrial and Static-Control applications, DX98477 offers an excellent balance of Conductivity and Mechanical Performance.

Unlike Metal-Filled Conductive Materials, STAT-KON™ DX98477 maintains the Lightweight Processing Advantages of Polycarbonate while providing controlled Electrical Conductivity. The Compound is particularly suitable for Housings, Trays, Fixtures, Electronic Handling Equipment and Static-Dissipative components requiring Conductivity without Compromising Toughness.

A Key Feature of LNP™ STAT-KON™ DX98477 is its Surface Resistivity range of 1×10² to 1×10⁶ Ω, allowing Effective Static Dissipation and Electrical Conductivity in Sensitive Electronic Environments.
