LNP™ STAT KON® EE003XXC PEI Compound Achieves this through a combination of 15% Carbon Fiber Reinforcement and LNP Clean Compounding System Technology, ensuring that Structural Integrity and Electrical Functionality are Delivered without Introducing Contamination Variables. The formulation is optimized to maintain Low Ionic content and reduced Outgassing, supporting use in Precision-Sensitive and controlled Environments.

Electrical performance is defined by a Surface Resistivity range of 1×10² to 1×10⁶ Ω, Placing the material within the Conductive to Static-Dissipative Range. This allows for controlled Electrostatic Discharge while maintaining System Stability, making it well suited for Electronic Assemblies and High-Precision Components.

LNP™ STAT KON® EE003XXC PEI Compound also delivers excellent Thermal performance through its PEI Matrix. It retains Stiffness and Dimensional Accuracy under Elevated Temperatures, while the Carbon Fiber Reinforcement ensures that Structural performance is maintained under both Thermal and Mechanical Stress.
