LNP™ STAT-KON™ EE005E Compound is a High-Performance Polyetherimide (PEI) Compound Reinforced with 25% Carbon Fiber, engineered for applications requiring Electrical Conductivity, Exceptional Stiffness, High Structural Strength and Outstanding Thermal Resistance. Combining the Inherent High-Temperature Capabilities of PEI with Advanced Carbon Fiber Reinforcement, STAT-KON™ EE005E delivers a Lightweight, Electrically Conductive Engineering material suitable for demanding Industrial, Electrical, Electronics and Semiconductor applications.

Built on a Premium Polyetherimide Resin Platform, LNP™ STAT-KON™ EE005E Compound offers excellent Dimensional Stability, Long-Term Thermal Endurance and Mechanical Reliability. The 25% Carbon Fiber Reinforcement significantly enhances Rigidity, Modulus and Load-Bearing capability while maintaining a Lightweight Profile compared to metal Alternatives. This makes the material Ideal for Structural applications where Weight Reduction and performance are Equally Important.

A Key Advantage of STAT-KON™ EE005E is its Conductive Performance. The Compound Exhibits a Surface Resistivity range of approximately 1 × 10² to 1 × 10⁵ Ω, making it suitable for Conductive and Static Dissipative applications requiring Effective Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Protection. The Compound also provides excellent Flame-Retardant performance and Achieves a UL94 V-0 Rating from 1.50 mm to 3.00 mm, making it suitable for applications requiring both Conductivity and Stringent Fire Safety Compliance.
