STAT-KON EX07311P PEI Resin with 15% Carbon, 25% Glass Fiber & PTFE

Clean Compounding Tech, Electrically Conductive & Ease of Processing

LNP™ STAT KON® EX07311P PEI Compound is Constructed as a Multi-Functional material System where Structure, Conductivity, and Tribological performance are Intentionally Layered together. Rather than Relying on a Single Reinforcement Strategy, this formulation combines Carbon Fiber, Glass Fiber, and PTFE within a Polyetherimide Framework to deliver performance across Multiple Directions Simultaneously.

At its Foundation, the material Addresses Three Core Engineering Demands: Dimensional Stability, Wear Resistance, and controlled Electrostatic Behaviour. Each Component in the formulation contributes to a Specific Role. Glass Fiber provides Rigidity and Dimensional Accuracy, Carbon Fiber Introduces Conductivity and Structural Reinforcement, while PTFE reduces Friction and enhances Wear performance under repeated Mechanical Interaction.

LNP™ STAT KON® EX07311P PEI Compound Integrates these Elements within a High Temperature PEI Matrix, allowing the material to maintain Strength and Stability under Elevated Thermal Conditions. This combination enables components to perform reliably in applications where Mechanical Stress and Heat exposure Occur Simultaneously, without Compromising Electrical Functionality.

A Distinguishing Factor of this Grade is the use of LNP Clean Compounding Technology, which Controls Particulate Levels and Ionic Contamination within the Material. This ensures that performance is not only defined by Macro-Level properties such as Stiffness or Conductivity, but also by Micro-Level Consistency, which becomes critical in Precision and controlled Environments.

LNP™ STAT KON® EX07311P PEI Compound Operates within a Surface Resistivity range of 1×10⁵ to 1×10⁶ Ω, Positioning it Firmly within the Static Dissipative Spectrum. This allows the material to Manage Charge Safely without Introducing Excessive Conductivity, making it suitable for Sensitive Electronic or Semi-Precision Systems that require controlled Electrical Behaviour.

Processing Considerations are built into the Formulation. Despite the Presence of Multiple Fillers, the Compound is designed for Effective Moldability, enabling manufacturers to produce complex Shapes while maintaining consistent Dispersion of Reinforcing Elements. This balance between performance and Processability support both Precision applications and Scalable Production.

The material is not Positioned as a Flame-Retardant Solution and is Therefore not UL94 Listed, as its Engineering Focus is Directed Toward Multi-Function performance integration rather than Fire Classification.

In application, the Compound is best suited for High-Performance Mechanical Components, ESD-Sensitive Assemblies, Wear-Critical Parts, and Precision Structural Systems, where Multiple performance Attributes must Coexist without Compromise.

LNP™ STAT KON® EX07311P PEI Compound is RoHS Compliant, aligning with Modern Environmental requirements while supporting Advanced Engineering Functionality.
