STAT-KON EX11402R Compound. Polyetherimide Resin Proprietary Fillers

Radar Absorption Conductive features for Vehicle Sensor or Devices

LNP™ STAT KON® EX11402R PEI Compound is developed for applications where material selection directly Influences how Signals behave within a System. In Modern Sensing Technologies, especially those Based on Radar or Electromagnetic Detection, Materials are No Longer Neutral — they Either Interfere with Signals or Help Control Them. This Grade is engineered to perform the Latter.

Rather than Simply Housing Electronics, the material becomes Part of the Signal Environment Itself. By Incorporating Proprietary Fillers, it enables controlled Radar Absorption, reducing Unwanted Reflections and helping Sensors operate with greater Accuracy. This is particularly important in applications such as Proximity Detection and Velocity Sensing, where Signal Clarity directly Impacts System Performance.

LNP™ STAT KON® EX11402R PEI Compound also Integrates Electrical Conductivity into this Signal-Focused Structure. With a Surface Resistivity between 1×10² and 1×10⁵ Ω, it provides a Pathway for Electrostatic Discharge while maintaining stable Electromagnetic Interaction. This Dual Functionality ensures that both ESD Control and Signal Integrity are Managed within a Single material System.

The Polyetherimide (PEI) Base adds Another Layer of Capability. It provides Thermal Stability and Mechanical Strength, allowing the material to maintain performance even in Environments where Elevated Temperatures and Mechanical Stress are Present. This is Essential in Automotive and Electronic Systems where Operating Conditions are Constantly Changing.

LNP™ STAT KON® EX11402R PEI Compound also support consistent integration into Manufacturing Processes. The formulation is designed for Predictable Molding Behaviour, ensuring that both Conductive and Radar-Absorbing properties are maintained Uniformly across the Entire Component. This Consistency is critical in Sensor Systems, where even Small Variations can affect Signal Performance.

From a Safety Perspective, the material meets UL94 HB Classification from 1.5 mm to 3.0 mm, providing a Baseline Flame performance suitable for General Engineering applications while maintaining Focus on Signal Management and Electrical Functionality.

In application, this Compound is ideally suited for Automotive Radar Housings, Proximity Sensors, Control Modules, and Signal-Sensitive Electronic Devices, where material Interaction with Electromagnetic Signals must be controlled rather than Avoided.

LNP™ STAT KON® EX11402R PEI Compound is RoHS Compliant, supporting Environmentally Responsible use while enabling Advanced Sensing Technologies to perform Accurately and Reliably.
