LNP™ STAT KON® FX91304 Polyethylene Compound is developed for applications where Lightweight Construction and Electrical Conductivity must be combined with Structural Rigidity. built on a Polyethylene (PE) base Reinforced with Conductive Carbon Fiber, this Grade delivers a Simple Yet efficient Solution for Electrostatic Control Systems.
LNP™ STAT KON® FX91304 Compound integrates Conductive Carbon Fiber, enabling consistent Electrical performance. The material achieves a Surface Resistivity range of 1×10² to 1×10⁶ Ω, supporting both Conductive and Static Dissipative behaviour in Industrial and Electronic applications.
A key feature of this Compound is its High Stiffness Relative to Weight. Carbon Fiber Reinforcement enhances Rigidity while Keeping Overall Density Low, making it suitable for applications where Weight Reduction is important without Sacrificing Structural Strength.
The material is designed with Low Elongation characteristics, resulting in more controlled deformation under Load. This support Dimensional Stability in Parts that must maintain Shape under Mechanical Stress.
Thermal performance is improved compared to standard Polyethylene. LNP™ STAT KON® FX91304 Compound offers enhanced Heat Resistance, allowing it to perform reliably in Moderate elevated Temperature Environments.
Processing remains efficient. The material is suited for Stable Molding Operations, enabling consistent production of Conductive components with Predictable Properties.
Unlike Flame Retardant Grades, LNP™ STAT KON® FX91304 Compound is not UL94 Listed, as it is optimized for Conductivity, Stiffness, and Lightweight performance rather than Fire Classification.
Typical applications include ESD Trays, Lightweight Housings, Industrial Handling components, Structural Panels, and Conductive Assemblies, where Stiffness, Weight Efficiency, and Electrostatic Control must Work Together.
