LNP™ STAT-KON™ JK800 Compound is a High-Performance Electrically Conductive Flame-Retardant PC/ABS Compound Reinforced with 8% Carbon Fiber, engineered for applications requiring Conductivity, Structural Strength, Hydrolytic Stability and Environmental Compliance. combining the Toughness of Polycarbonate with the Processing Versatility of ABS, STAT-KON™ JK800 provides an excellent balance of Mechanical, Electrical and Safety performance for Electrical, Electronics, Industrial and Transportation applications.
Built on a Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) Blend, LNP™ STAT-KON™ JK800 Compound delivers the Impact Resistance and Toughness of Polycarbonate together with the Dimensional Stability and Processing Advantages of ABS. The addition of 8% Carbon Fiber Reinforcement enhances Stiffness and Structural performance while reducing Weight, making the material suitable for Lightweight Engineering applications where Conductivity is required.
