LNP™ STAT KON® KE004 POM Compound is engineered for applications where Precision Motion, Dimensional Stability, and Electrical Conductivity must be maintained over Long Service Cycles. Based on a POM (Acetal) Copolymer Platform, this Compound is Reinforced with 20% Conductive Carbon Fiber, delivering a Strong combination of Stiffness, Durability, and ESD Control.

the Unique Compound is particularly suited for High Cycle applications. The inherent Fatigue Resistance of POM allows components to withstand repeated Movement and Mechanical Loading without Significant Wear or deformation, making it Ideal for Dynamic Systems.

LNP™ STAT KON® KE004 POM Compound maintains Tight Tolerances even under varying Temperature and Humidity Conditions, supporting Precision Assemblies where consistent Geometry is critical.

Electrical Conductivity is integrated through the Carbon Fiber Network. The material achieves a Surface Resistivity range of 1×10² to 1×10⁶ Ω, enabling both Conductive and Static Dissipative performance for Electrostatic-Sensitive Environments.

LNP™ STAT KON® KE004 POM Compound performs reliably in applications involving Sliding Contact, Rotation, and repeated Friction, reducing Maintenance requirements and Extending Component Life.

Chemical Resistance is another benefit of the Acetal Base. The material withstands exposure to common Industrial Fluids, supporting use in demanding Operational Environments.

LNP™ STAT KON® KE004 POM Compound meets UL94 V0 at 1.5 mm, allowing its use in applications where Flame Resistance is required alongside Mechanical and Electrical performance.

Processing remains stable and consistent. The Compound is designed for Precision Molding, enabling the production of complex components with reliable Repeatability.

Typical applications include Gears, Bearings, Conveyor components, Precision Housings, Mechanical Linkages, and ESD-Sensitive Assemblies, where Dimensional Stability, Wear Resistance, Conductivity, and Flame performance must all Work Together.
