LNP™ STAT-KON™ KEL22A Compound is a High-Performance Acetal Homopolymer (POM) Compound Reinforced with 10% Carbon Fiber and 10% PTFE, engineered for applications requiring Electrical Conductivity, Exceptional Wear Resistance, Dimensional Stability and Low-Friction Performance. combining the Strength of Carbon Fiber with the Self-Lubricating properties of PTFE, STAT-KON™ KEL22A delivers an Ideal Solution for Precision Mechanical Components, Automation Systems and Industrial Equipment Operating under Continuous Motion and Wear Conditions.

Built on a Premium POM Homopolymer Resin Platform, LNP™ STAT-KON™ KEL22A Compound offers excellent Stiffness, Strength and Dimensional Accuracy. The 10% Carbon Fiber Reinforcement significantly Improves Rigidity, Tensile Strength and Electrical Conductivity, while the 10% PTFE content creates an Internally Lubricated Structure that reduces Friction and enhances Wear Resistance during Long-Term Operation.

A Key Advantage of STAT-KON™ KEL22A is its Conductive Performance. The Compound provides a Surface Resistivity range of approximately 1 × 10² to 1 × 10³ Ω, making it suitable for Conductive and Static Dissipative applications where Electrostatic Charge Control is Essential.
