LNP™ STAT KON® KEL32 POM Compound is engineered for applications where Friction, Wear, and Electrical behaviour must be tightly controlled rather than Managed Externally. It is designed to operate as an Integrated material System for Motion components that require consistent Surface Interaction and Long-Term Dimensional Accuracy.

LNP™ STAT KON® KEL32 POM Compound Achieves this through the combined Effect of 15% PTFE and 10% Carbon Fiber, Forming a Structure that Actively reduces Friction while preserving Stiffness. The PTFE Phase provides Continuous Internal Lubrication, allowing Contact Surfaces to Move Efficiently without Relying on additional Coatings or Greases, while the Carbon Fiber maintains Structural support under Load.

During Operation, this Dual System ensures that Wear is Minimized at the Interface while the Part retains its Geometry. at the same time, the Carbon Fiber Network provides Electrical Conductivity within a Surface Resistivity range of 1×10² to 1×10⁴ Ω, enabling controlled Electrostatic Discharge in Systems where Moving Parts Cannot Accumulate Static Charge.

LNP™ STAT KON® KEL32 POM Compound also Benefits from the Inherent properties of the Acetal (POM) Base, which delivers Low Baseline Friction, Chemical Resistance, and Dimensional Precision. These Attributes allow the material to maintain consistent performance even under Continuous Motion, exposure to Industrial Fluids, or repeated Load Cycles.

From a Manufacturing Standpoint, the formulation is optimized for uniform Filler Dispersion, ensuring that both Lubricating and Reinforcing Phases are Evenly Distributed throughout the Part. This eliminates Localized performance Variations and support consistent Wear behaviour across Production Batches.

The Compound is not UL94 Listed, as its Engineering Focus is Centered on Tribological Performance, Electrical Functionality, and Structural Reliability, rather than Flame-Retardant Classification.

In application, this material is ideally suited for Gears, Sliding Guides, Bushings, Mechanical Linkages, and ESD-Sensitive Motion Systems, where Friction Control, Wear Resistance, and Electrical performance must be Delivered simultaneously within a Single Component.
