LNP™ STAT KON® KEP33 POM Compound is engineered for applications where Surfaces do not remain Static, but are Constantly Interacting — Sliding, Rotating, and Transferring Load over time. In these Conditions, Friction becomes a Controlling Factor, Influencing not only Wear, but also Heat Generation and Long-Term Stability of the Component.
Rather than Relying on External Lubrication, this material Integrates PTFE directly into its Structure, creating an Internally Lubricated System. As Parts Move against Each Other, the material Naturally reduces Friction at the Contact Interface, allowing Smoother Operation and minimizing Surface degradation across repeated Cycles.
LNP™ STAT KON® KEP33 POM Compound combines this Tribological Advantage with 15% Carbon Fiber Reinforcement, Forming a Network that support both Conductivity and Structural Integrity. The material Operates within a Surface Resistivity range of 1×10¹ to 1×10⁴ Ω, enabling Effective Electrostatic Discharge while maintaining consistent performance in Environments Sensitive to Static Buildup.
The Acetal (POM) Base contributes to the System in a different way. Known for its Low Friction Baseline and Dimensional Precision, it ensures that components maintain Tight Tolerances even during Continuous Motion. This becomes critical in applications such as Gears or Sliding Guides, where even Minor Dimensional Changes can affect System Performance.
LNP™ STAT KON® KEP33 POM Compound is particularly Effective in applications where Motion and Load are applied Simultaneously. The combination of Stiffness from Carbon Fiber and Lubrication from PTFE allows the material to Carry Mechanical Loads while reducing Wear at Contact Points, ensuring that performance is sustained over time rather than Degrading under repeated use.

The material is not Flame-Rated and is Therefore not UL94 Listed, as its Engineering Focus is Centred on Motion Performance, Electrical Functionality, and Long-Term Durability rather than Fire Resistance.
