LNP™ STAT KON® MD000IS Polypropylene Compound is built for applications that demand Resilience in both Electrical and Mechanical Performance. It is designed for Systems where Materials must Absorb Impact, Manage Electrostatic Discharge, and remain stable under Thermal and Chemical Exposure, all without adding Complexity to Processing or Design.
In real Industrial use, Materials Rarely operate under Ideal Conditions. They are exposed to Handling Stress, Temperature Variation, and Sometimes Aggressive Chemical Environments. This Compound Responds to those Conditions by combining Impact-Modified behaviour with Heat-Stabilized Performance, allowing Parts to maintain their Functionality across repeated Cycles of use.
LNP™ STAT KON® MD000IS Polypropylene Compound delivers its Electrical capability through a Finely Dispersed Conductive Carbon Powder System, achieving a Surface Resistivity range from 1×10¹ to 1×10⁶ Ω. This Wide Operating range allows the material to perform across various ESD Requirements, from Strong Conductivity to controlled Static Dissipation, Depending on System Design.
