LNP™ STAT-KON™ ME006 Compound is a High-Performance Polypropylene (PP) Compound Reinforced with 30% Carbon Fiber, engineered for applications requiring Electrical Conductivity, High Stiffness, Chemical Resistance and Lightweight Structural Performance. Combining the Low Density and Chemical Durability of Polypropylene with Advanced Carbon Fiber Reinforcement, STAT-KON™ ME006 delivers an excellent balance of Conductivity, Rigidity and Wear Resistance for Industrial, Electrical, Automation and material Handling applications.

Built on a Polypropylene Resin Platform, LNP™ STAT-KON™ ME006 Compound offers a Cost-Effective Lightweight Alternative to Traditional Engineering Materials while maintaining excellent Structural Properties. The 30% Carbon Fiber Reinforcement significantly enhances Flexural Strength, Stiffness and Dimensional Stability, enabling the material to perform in demanding Environments where both Strength and Weight Reduction are Important.

The Compound Exhibits a Surface Resistivity range of approximately 1 × 10¹ to 1 × 10³ Ω, making it suitable for highly Conductive and Static Control applications.
