STAT-KON MFD02 Compound. PP Conductive Carbon Powder & 10% Glass Fiber

LNP™ STAT KON® MFD02 Compound is developed for applications where Electrical Conductivity, Chemical Resistance, and Lightweight Construction must be combined in a Cost effective material System. Based on Polypropylene (PP), this Compound provides Functional Performance while maintaining Efficient Processing and reduced Density.

This Compound incorporates Conductive Carbon Powder, enabling controlled Electrostatic Discharge Behaviour. The material achieves a Surface Resistivity in the range of 1×10¹ to 1×10³ Ω, making it suitable for applications requiring reliable Static Dissipation.

Structural Performance is enhanced through 10% Glass Fiber Reinforcement. This improves Stiffness and Dimensional Stability, allowing Parts to maintain Shape under load while Keeping Overall Weight Low compared to Higher Density Engineering Plastics.

LNP™ STAT KON® MFD02 Compound provides Good Resistance to a wide range of chemicals, supporting use in Environments where exposure to Industrial Fluids or Cleaning Agents is Expected.

Processing remains Straightforward. The material is formulated for easy Molding, allowing Manufacturers to produce consistent Parts without Complex Processing Adjustments. This support Efficient Production, especially in High Volume applications.

Typical applications include ESD Trays, Containers, Industrial Housings, Handling Equipment, and Chemical Resistant Components, where Conductivity, Durability, and Lightweight Design must Work Together.
