LNP™ STAT KON® OE002 Compound is Engineered for applications where Electrical Conductivity must be maintained under extreme Temperature and Chemical Exposure conditions. Built on a Linear Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) Base, this material delivers High-Performance stability in Environments where Conventional Polymers would fail.

The Advance LNP™ STAT KON® OE002 Compound incorporates 10% Carbon Fiber Reinforcement, providing both Electrical Conductivity and Structural Stiffness. This allows components to maintain Dimensional Integrity while Safely Dissipating Static Charges in Sensitive Systems.

LNP™ STAT KON® OE002 Compound performs reliably in High Temperature Environments, maintaining Mechanical Properties and Electrical behaviour even under continuous Heat Exposure. This makes it suitable for applications near Heat Sources or in Thermal Cycling Conditions.

Chemical Resistance is a Key Strength of the PPS Platform. The material Demonstrates excellent resistance to Aggressive Chemicals, including Fuels, Solvents, and Industrial Media, supporting Long Term Durability in Harsh Processing Environments.

LNP™ STAT KON® OE002 Compound offers Good Flow characteristics, allowing consistent Molding of Complex Parts despite its High Performance Formulation. This enables Precision Manufacturing while preserving Structural Properties.

Electrical Performance is defined by its Surface Resistivity range of 1×10³ to 1×10⁶ Ω, positioning the material within the Conductive to Static Dissipative Range, suitable for ESD Control in demanding applications.

Typical applications include High Temperature ESD Components, Electronic Housings, Automotive under Hood Parts, Industrial Equipment, and Chemical Exposed Assemblies, where Conductivity, Stiffness, and Environmental Resistance must Work Together.
