LNP™ STAT‑KON® OE004AE PPS Compound is designed for applications where High‑Temperature Stability and Electrical Conductivity must be achieved with efficient Processability. Based on a Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) Platform with 20% Carbon Fiber, this Grade offers a practical balance between Structural Strength and easier manufacturing.
LNP™ STAT‑KON® OE004AE Compound delivers Conductive performance through Carbon Fiber Reinforcement, allowing components to Dissipate Electrostatic Charge Effectively. The material achieves a Surface Resistivity range of 1×10² to 1×10⁶ Ω, supporting both Conductive and Static‑Dissipative applications.
A key advantage of this Grade is its improved Molding behaviour. compared to Higher‑Loaded PPS Systems, LNP™ STAT‑KON® OE004AE Compound is formulated for easier flow and Stable Mold Filling, making it suitable for complex Geometries and Precision components.
Mechanical performance remains Strong. The Carbon Fiber Reinforcement provides High Rigidity and Dimensional Stability, allowing Parts to retain structure under Mechanical Load and Thermal Stress.
The PPS base contributes excellent Chemical Resistance, enabling reliable performance in Environments exposed to Fuels, Solvents, and Aggressive Industrial Media.
Thermal capability is inherent to the material. LNP™ STAT‑KON® OE004AE Compound maintains its Properties in elevated Temperature Conditions, supporting applications requiring Long-Term Heat exposure.
Unlike Flame-Rated System-Focused Grades, LNP™ STAT‑KON® OE004AE Compound is not UL94 Listed, as it Prioritizes Processing Ease, Conductivity, and Structural balance.
Typical applications include ESD-controlled Housings, Electronic components, Industrial Assemblies, Connectors, and Structural Parts, where Conductivity, Chemical Resistance, and Molding Efficiency must Work Together.
