LNP™ STAT KON® OE006A Compound is engineered for applications that demand Maximum Stiffness with Electrical Conductivity under extreme Environmental Conditions. built on a Linear Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) Base, this Compound is Reinforced with 30% Carbon Fiber, delivering a Highly Rigid, Lightweight, and durable Structural System.
This Compound offers Exceptional Rigidity. The High Carbon Fiber Loading significantly increases Stiffness and Load Bearing capability, making it suitable for components that must maintain precise Geometry under continuous Stress. at the Same time, the material remains relatively Lightweight compared to Metal Alternatives.
LNP™ STAT KON® OE006A Compound maintains Mechanical Integrity in High Temperature Environments, supporting Long Term use in applications exposed to Heat, Thermal Cycling, or Proximity to Energy Sources.
Chemical Durability is inherent to the PPS Platform. The material resists Aggressive Chemicals, Fuels, and Solvents, ensuring reliable performance in Harsh Industrial or Automotive Environments.
