LNP™ STAT-KON™ OEL36A Compound is a High-Performance Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) Compound Reinforced with 30% Carbon Fiber and 15% PTFE, engineered for demanding Industrial, Automotive, Semiconductor and Electronic applications requiring Electrical Conductivity, Exceptional Stiffness, Wear Resistance and Dimensional Stability. combining the Inherent Advantages of PPS with Conductive Carbon Fiber Technology and PTFE Lubrication, STAT-KON™ OEL36A delivers an Outstanding balance of Electrical, Mechanical and Tribological performance in Challenging Operating Environments.
Designed for applications where Lightweight Structural performance and Conductivity are Critical, LNP™ STAT-KON™ OEL36A Compound offers a Conductive Solution that maintains the excellent Chemical Resistance and High-Temperature capability of PPS Resin. The addition of 30% Carbon Fiber Reinforcement significantly enhances Rigidity, Strength and Dimensional Stability while reducing Weight compared to many Metal Components. This makes the material attractive for Precision Industrial Components, Semiconductor Handling Equipment, Automotive Systems and Electrically Conductive Wear Parts.
A Major Advantage of STAT-KON™ OEL36A is its excellent Wear Resistance.
