Based on a Polyamide 6 (PA6) Platform, this Compound Uses Conductive Carbon Powder to deliver reliable Electrostatic performance in demanding Environments.
LNP™ STAT KON® PD000 Compound is engineered for Low-Resistivity behaviour, achieving a Surface Resistivity range of 1×10² to 1×10³ Ω. This Places the material in the Conductive range, making it suitable for applications that require Rapid Charge Dissipation and effective Static Control.
Mechanical performance Benefits from the PA6 Base. LNP™ STAT KON® PD000 Compound offers Good Impact Resistance, allowing components to Absorb Stress without Cracking. This makes it suitable for Parts exposed to Handling, Movement, or Mechanical Loading.
