Based on a Polyamide 6 (PA6) Platform, this Compound Integrates Conductive Carbon Powder with 20% Glass Fiber, delivering a practical balance between Stiffness and Manufacturability.
LNP™ STAT KON® PFD04ES Compound Achieves controlled Electrostatic performance through Carbon Powder Dispersion, providing a Surface Resistivity range of 1×10⁴ to 1×10⁶ Ω. This Positions the material in the Static Dissipative Range, suitable for applications requiring reliable ESD Protection without Excessive Conductivity.
