LNP™ STAT KON® PX11002 PA6 Compound is engineered for applications where Materials must operate reliably under a combination of Mechanical Stress, Thermal Exposure, and Electrical Demands. It is designed to adapt to Environments where Conditions Change, rather than remain Constant, making Stability across Multiple Stress Factors its Defining Strength.

In such Conditions, performance is not Determined by a Single Property. Instead, it Depends on how well a material can maintain Balance. This Compound Combine’s Impact-Modified behaviour with Flame-Aware Formulation, allowing it to Absorb Mechanical Energy while Resisting degradation when exposed to Elevated Temperatures or Electrical Activity.

LNP™ STAT KON® PX11002 PA6 Compound Introduces Conductivity through a Carbon Powder System, creating a Pathway for Electrostatic Discharge that remains stable across a Wide Operating Range. With a Surface Resistivity between 1×10⁴ and 1×10¹⁰ Ω, the material can Function from Static-Dissipative to Near-Insulative Behaviour, Depending on Environmental Conditions and Part Geometry. This flexibility allows it to be applied in a Variety of ESD-Sensitive Systems.

The Nylon 6 Base provides the Structural Backbone, delivering Toughness, Impact Resistance, and Resilience under repeated Mechanical Loading. Unlike Rigid Systems, the Impact-Modified formulation ensures that Energy is Absorbed rather than Transferred directly into Stress Points, helping Prevent Cracking and Extending the Lifespan of Components.

LNP™ STAT KON® PX11002 PA6 Compound also incorporates a Level of Flame Resistance within its Formulation, supporting safer Operation in Environments where Electrical Systems may Generate Heat or Pose Ignition Risks. While not Formally UL94 Listed, the material offers an added Layer of Protection compared to Non-Modified Conductive Nylons.

Processing remains consistent and Predictable. The formulation support efficient Molding and uniform Dispersion of Conductive Particles, ensuring that both Mechanical and Electrical properties remain stable across Production Batches.

In application, this Compound is well suited for ESD Housings, Industrial Enclosures, Electronic Assemblies, Connectors, and Impact-Exposed Components, where Materials must perform reliably across Changing Conditions and Environmental Stress.
