LNP™ STAT-KON™ RD000 Compound is a High-Performance Polyamide 6/6 (PA6/6) Compound formulated with Conductive Carbon Powder, engineered for applications requiring Electrical Conductivity, High Stiffness, excellent Mechanical Strength and reliable Chemical Resistance. Combining the Toughness and Durability of Nylon 6/6 with Conductive Filler Technology, STAT-KON™ RD000 provides an Effective Solution for Industrial, Electrical, Automation and material Handling applications where Electrostatic Control and Structural performance are Critical.

Built on a robust PA6/6 Resin Platform, LNP™ STAT-KON™ RD000 Compound delivers an excellent balance of Rigidity, Wear Resistance and Thermal Stability. The Conductive Carbon Powder System creates a Conductive Network throughout the Material, enabling Static Charge Dissipation while maintaining the Structural Advantages and Durability Associated with Nylon 6/6 Engineering Thermoplastics.

A Key Advantage of STAT-KON™ RD000 is its Conductive Performance. The Compound Exhibits a Surface Resistivity range of approximately 1 × 10² to 1 × 10⁶ Ω, making it suitable for Conductive and Static Dissipative applications where Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Protection is required.
