STAT-KON RD000I Compound. Nylon 6/6 Based Resin with Carbon Powder

Polyamide 6/6 (PA6/6) Based. High Impact & Electrically Conductive

LNP™ STAT KON® RD000I PA6/6 Compound Operates at the Intersection of Mechanical Resilience and Electrical Control, where Parts are Expected to endure repeated use while continuously Managing Electrostatic Charge. In real working Systems, Whether in Handling Equipment or Electronic Assemblies, Materials are exposed to Stress, Movement, and Environmental Variation — and their behaviour over time becomes more important than their Initial Properties.

As components Made from this material Go through repeated Cycles of Contact and Load, the Internal Structure Plays a Key Role. The Dispersion of Conductive Carbon Powder forms a Network that allows Static Charges to Move and Dissipate Naturally across the Surface. With a Resistivity range of 1×10¹ to 1×10⁶ Ω, the material support both Rapid Discharge and stable Static Control Depending on the application Environment.

LNP™ STAT KON® RD000I PA6/6 Compound Responds to Mechanical Stress Differently from Heavily Reinforced Materials. Instead of Relying on Rigid Fiber Structures, the Compound Preserves the Inherent Toughness of Nylon 6/6. This allows Parts to Absorb Impact Energy rather than Transferring it into Cracks or Fractures, making it suitable for applications that Involve Handling, Vibration, or Intermittent Loading.

Over time, this balance becomes especially Valuable. Materials that are too Stiff may Fail under repeated Shock, while those that are too Flexible may Lose Dimensional Accuracy. This Compound Sits between those Extremes, maintaining Structural Consistency while Retaining Enough flexibility to withstand Operational Stress, ensuring Durability across its Service Life.

LNP™ STAT KON® RD000I PA6/6 Compound also support Steady Production Performance. During Molding, the material Flows Predictably, allowing uniform distribution of the Conductive Phase throughout the Part. This ensures that Electrical behaviour remains consistent from Part to Part, which is Essential in High-Volume Manufacturing where reliability must be maintained at Scale.

The formulation is not Targeted Toward Flame-Retardant applications and is Therefore not UL94 Listed, Keeping the Design Focus on Electrical Performance, Toughness, and Durability rather than Fire Resistance.

In practical Systems, this Compound is commonly used in ESD Trays, Electronic Housings, Mechanical Supports, and Industrial Handling Components, where Materials must Manage both repeated Physical use and Continuous Electrostatic exposure without Degradation.

LNP™ STAT KON® RD000I PA6/6 Compound is RoHS Compliant, making it suitable for Modern applications that require both performance and Environmental Responsibility.
