LNP™ STAT KON® RE0029 PA6/6 Compound Achieves this balance using 10% Carbon Fiber Reinforcement, creating a Conductive Network that support Electrostatic Discharge within a Surface Resistivity range of 1×10² to 1×10⁶ Ω. This range allows flexibility across both Conductive and Static-Dissipative Requirements, Depending on System Design. at the same time, the Carbon Fiber contributes to Stiffness, helping maintain Dimensional Stability in Structural Components.
The Nylon 6/6 Base Continues to play a critical Role. It provides Impact Resistance and Durability, ensuring that the material does not behave as a Rigid but Fragile System. Instead, components can withstand Mechanical Stress, Assembly Forces, and Operational Wear while maintaining both Shape and Function over time.
LNP™ STAT KON® RE0029 PA6/6 Compound Introduces an additional Layer of confidence through its UL94 V1 Rating at 1.5 mm, providing a controlled Level of Flame Performance.
