It is not an Extreme material — instead, it is engineered to provide Consistent, reliable performance across Multiple requirements that must Coexist within the same Component.
In many applications, Materials are Pushed Toward a Single Priority — Maximum Stiffness, Maximum Conductivity, or Maximum Toughness. However, this often creates Trade-Offs that Limit Usability. This Compound is Structured Differently. It provides a balanced Mechanical Profile, allowing components to withstand both Load and Impact without becoming Overly Rigid or Brittle.
LNP™ STAT KON® RE003 PA6/6 Compound Achieves this balance through 15% Carbon Fiber Reinforcement, which Introduces both Structural Stiffness and Electrical Functionality. The material Operates within a Surface Resistivity range of 1×10² to 1×10⁶ Ω, Placing it Firmly within the Conductive to Static Dissipative Range. This makes it suitable for applications where controlled Electrostatic Discharge is required without the need for Extreme Conductivity.
The Nylon 6/6 Base contributes Another Layer to this performance Spectrum. It provides Impact Resistance and Durability, allowing Parts to Absorb Mechanical Stress while maintaining Dimensional Integrity. This is particularly important in Real-World Conditions where components are subject to Handling, Vibration, and repeated use.
LNP™ STAT KON® RE003 PA6/6 Compound also maintains a practical Position in Processing Behaviour. The Moderate Reinforcement Level allows the material to Flow Predictably during Molding, ensuring uniform distribution of Fibers and consistent performance across Production Batches. This enables manufacturers to achieve Repeatable Part Quality without Introducing Excessive Processing Complexity.
The Compound is not designed with Flame-Retardant Additives and is Therefore not UL94 Listed, allowing the formulation to Focus on delivering a Clean balance of Mechanical and Electrical performance rather than Expanding into Flame-Critical Requirements.
