STAT-KON RE007 Compound. Nylon 6/6 Based Resin with 35% Carbon Fiber

LNP™ STAT KON® RE007 PA6/6 Compound is engineered for applications where Maximum Structural Strength and Electrical Conductivity must be Delivered within a single Rigid material System. Based on a Polyamide 6/6 Platform with 35% Carbon Fiber Reinforcement, this Grade is designed for High-Load components requiring reliable Electrostatic performance.

LNP™ STAT KON® RE007 Compound provides Exceptional Stiffness and Strength due to its High Carbon Fiber content. components maintain Dimensional Stability under sustained Mechanical Stress, making the material suitable for Structural applications where deformation must be minimized.

Electrical performance is embedded within the Reinforcement System. LNP™ STAT KON® RE007 Compound achieves a Surface Resistivity range of 1×10² to 1×10⁵ Ω, Positioning it within the Conductive to Static Dissipative range, supporting effective Electrostatic Discharge Control.

Despite its High Reinforcement Level, the Nylon base retains Good Impact Strength, allowing components to Resist Cracking under sudden Loads. This creates a balance between Rigidity and Resilience, particularly in demanding Industrial Environments.

The material is suited for Load-Bearing applications, where Mechanical performance and Electrical Functionality must be combined without Compromise. High Fiber Loading ensures excellent Resistance to Bending, Creep, and deformation over time.

Processing is designed for controlled Molding behaviour, enabling the production of Structural Parts with consistent Geometry and Repeatable performance.
This Compound is not UL94 Listed, as it is optimized for Mechanical Strength and Electrical Conductivity rather than Flame-Retardant performance.

Typical applications include Structural ESD Housings, Industrial Frames, High-Load Brackets, Mechanical supports, and Electronic Assemblies, where Stiffness, Durability, and Electrostatic Control must Function Together.
