STAT-KON REF42I Compound. Nylon 10% Carbon Powder & 20% Glass Fiber

Polyamide 6/6 (PA6/6) Based. Advanced Impact Modified & High Stiffness

LNP™ STAT KON® REF42I PA6/6 Compound is engineered to Manage how Forces Move through a Component — how Impact is Absorbed, how Loads are Supported, and how Electrical Charge is Safely Dissipated. It is designed for Systems where Materials must not only withstand Stress but also distribute it in a controlled and Predictable way.

When a Component Experiences Mechanical Force, the way that Stress Travels through the material Determines its Durability. In this Compound, Glass Fiber Reinforcement provides a Rigid Structural Framework, Keeping the Part stable and resistant to Deformation. At the same time, Impact Modification allows the material to Absorb sudden Forces rather than Concentrating Them, reducing the Risk of Failure under Real-World Conditions.

LNP™ STAT KON® REF42I PA6/6 Compound Integrates Conductive Carbon Fiber into this Structural Network, creating a Continuous Pathway for Electrostatic Discharge. With a Surface Resistivity range of 1×10¹ to 1×10⁴ Ω, the material Operates within the Conductive Range, allowing Electrical Charge to Move Efficiently across the Component instead of Accumulating at Localized Points.

The combination of Reinforcements creates a Dual Response: Stiffness where Dimensional Control is Needed, and Energy Absorption where Impact Occurs. This allows the material to handle repeated Cycles of Stress while maintaining both Structural Integrity and Electrical Functionality — a Key Requirement in Industrial and Electronic Systems.

LNP™ STAT KON® REF42I PA6/6 Compound also Demonstrates consistent behaviour during Processing. The balance between Carbon Fiber and Glass Fiber is engineered to Ensure even distribution throughout the material during Molding, Resulting in Parts that perform Uniformly across their Entire Structure. This Consistency ensures Predictable Stress Handling and Electrical performance in every Produced Component.

Unlike Flame-Focused Materials, this Compound is not UL94 Listed, as its Primary Role is to Manage Mechanical Forces and Electrostatic behaviour Simultaneously, rather than Meeting Flame-Retardant Classifications.

In application, this material is well suited for Structural ESD Housings, Load-Bearing Electronic Components, Industrial Supports, and Mechanically Active Assemblies, where the ability to Manage both Force and Charge Determines Long-Term Reliability.

LNP™ STAT KON® REF42I PA6/6 Compound is RoHS Compliant, supporting Environmental Standards while delivering controlled and reliable performance under Mechanical and Electrical Stress.
