STAT-KON REF42XXP Compound. Nylon 10% Carbon Powder & 20% Glass Fiber
Polyamide 6/6 (PA6/6) Based. Good Impact Strength & High Stiffness
LNP™ STAT-KON™ REF42XXP Compound is a High-Performance Polyamide 6/6 (PA6/6) Compound Reinforced with 10% Conductive Carbon Fiber and 20% Glass Fiber, engineered for applications requiring Electrical Conductivity, High Stiffness, excellent Impact Strength and Long-Term Mechanical Durability. Combining the Toughness of Nylon 6/6 with a balanced Reinforcement System, STAT-KON™ REF42XXP delivers a Versatile Engineering material for Industrial, Electrical, Automation and material Handling applications where both Structural Strength and Electrostatic Control are Critical.
Built on a robust PA6/6 Resin Platform, LNP™ STAT-KON™ REF42XXP Compound provides excellent Strength, Heat Resistance and Dimensional Stability. The combination of Conductive Carbon Fiber and Glass Fiber Reinforcement enhances Rigidity and Load-Bearing performance while maintaining the Impact Resistance Needed for demanding Operating Environments.
A Key Advantage of STAT-KON™ REF42XXP is its Conductive Performance. The Compound Exhibits a Surface Resistivity range of approximately 1 × 10³ to 1 × 10⁵ Ω, making it suitable for Conductive and Static Dissipative applications requiring reliable Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Protection. This Conductivity Profile supports applications such as Industrial Automation Systems, Electrical Enclosures, material Handling Equipment, Conductive Housings and Manufacturing Fixtures.
The 10% Conductive Carbon Fiber Reinforcement contributes Electrical Conductivity, Stiffness and enhanced Structural Performance, while the 20% Glass Fiber Reinforcement further Improves Strength, Dimensional Stability and Mechanical Durability. Together, these Reinforcements create a Lightweight Alternative to Traditional metal components while maintaining excellent Engineering Performance.
Another Significant benefit is the Material's High Impact Strength. Unlike many highly Reinforced Engineering Plastics, LNP™ STAT-KON™ REF42XXP Compound is formulated to maintain a balance between Rigidity and Toughness, enabling components to withstand Mechanical Shock, Vibration and demanding Service Conditions without Compromising Structural Integrity.
The PA6/6 Matrix also offers excellent Chemical Resistance to Hydrocarbons, allowing the material to perform reliably when exposed to Oils, Fuels, Lubricants and Industrial Chemicals. This makes it suitable for use in Manufacturing, Transportation and Industrial Processing applications where Chemical exposure is Common.
In addition, the Compound provides High Heat Tolerance, enabling components to retain their Mechanical properties at Elevated Operating Temperatures. Combined with Good Abrasion Resistance and Wear Resistance, the material supports Long-Term Durability in applications Involving repeated Motion and Continuous use.
The balanced Reinforcement Package also contributes excellent Dimensional Stability, helping Precision-Molded components maintain Tight Tolerances throughout their Service Life. This Characteristic is especially important in Automation Systems and Precision Engineering applications where Repeatability and Accuracy are Essential.
Because of its combination of Conductivity, Impact Resistance, Stiffness and Chemical Durability, LNP™ STAT-KON™ REF42XXP Compound is widely used in Industrial Automation Equipment, Electrical Components, material Handling Systems, Conductive Structural Assemblies, Mechanical Fixtures and ESD-Sensitive applications.
In addition to its Electrical and Mechanical Advantages, LNP™ STAT-KON™ REF42XXP Compound is RoHS Compliant, supporting Compliance with Global Environmental Regulations while maintaining Dependable Engineering Performance.
