LNP™ STAT-KON™ REL42 Compound is a High-Performance Polyamide 6/6 (PA6/6) Compound Reinforced with 10% Carbon Fiber and 20% PTFE, engineered for applications requiring Electrical Conductivity, Superior Wear Resistance, Low Friction performance and High Structural Stiffness. Combining the Strength and Thermal Durability of Nylon 6/6 with Conductive Carbon Fiber Technology and PTFE Lubrication, STAT-KON™ REL42 provides an excellent Solution for Industrial, Automation and Mechanical applications where both Electrostatic Control and Tribological performance are Critical.
Built on a robust PA6/6 Resin Platform, LNP™ STAT-KON™ REL42 Compound offers an outstanding balance of Mechanical Strength, Dimensional Stability and Long-Term Durability. The 10% Carbon Fiber Reinforcement enhances Stiffness and Electrical Conductivity, while the 20% PTFE content provides Superior Lubricity and Wear Resistance, helping reduce Friction and Extend Component Service Life in demanding Operating Environments.
A Key Advantage of STAT-KON™ REL42 is its Conductive Performance. The Compound Exhibits a Surface Resistivity range of approximately 1 × 10² to 1 × 10⁶ Ω, making it suitable for Conductive and Static Dissipative applications requiring Protection against Electrostatic Discharge (ESD).
