LNP™ STAT-KON™ RFD03 Compound is a High-Performance Polyamide 6/6 (PA6/6) Compound Reinforced with Conductive Carbon Powder and 15% Glass Fiber, engineered for applications requiring Electrical Conductivity, High Stiffness, Structural Strength and Long-Term Durability. combining the Proven Mechanical performance of Nylon 6/6 with Conductive Technology and Glass Fiber Reinforcement, STAT-KON™ RFD03 delivers an excellent balance of Conductivity, Wear Resistance and Dimensional Stability for demanding Industrial, Electrical and Automation applications.
Built on a PA6/6 Resin Platform, LNP™ STAT-KON™ RFD03 Compound offers Superior Stiffness and Strength compared with many standard Engineering Thermoplastics. The Conductive Carbon Powder System provides Effective Electrostatic Dissipation and Conductivity, while the 15% Glass Fiber Reinforcement significantly Improves Rigidity and Dimensional Stability.
