STAT-KON RFD04 Nylon 6/6 Based Resin Carbon Powder & 20% Glass Fiber

Higher Stiffness & Electrically Conductive Polyamide 6/6 (PA6/6) Based

LNP™ STAT KON® RFD04 PA6/6 Compound brings together Structural Reinforcement and Electrical Functionality in a Configuration designed for Controlled, Repeatable performance across Industrial applications. Instead of Relying on a Single Dominant Feature, this Grade is defined by how Multiple Elements work together to create a stable and Predictable material System.

At the Base Level, the Compound is built on a Nylon 6/6 Matrix, providing Durability and Mechanical Resilience. This is Complemented by 20% Glass Fiber Reinforcement, which enhances Stiffness and Dimensional Control. The result is a Structure that Holds its Shape under Load, ensuring that components maintain alignment and Integrity across Operating Cycles.

LNP™ STAT KON® RFD04 PA6/6 Compound adds a Second Layer of Functionality through Conductive Carbon Powder, Introducing Electrical performance into the System. With a Surface Resistivity range of 1×10³ to 1×10⁷ Ω, the material Operates within the Static Dissipative Zone, enabling controlled Charge Management without Excessive Conductivity. This makes it suitable for applications where Electrostatic Control must be reliable but not Overly Aggressive.

These Layers do not Compete — they Complement Each Other. The Glass Fiber Network maintains Stiffness and Mechanical Precision, while the Carbon Powder ensures stable Electrostatic Behaviour. Together, they Form a material that is both Structurally Dependable and Electrically Functional, without Pushing the System Toward Extremes in Either Direction.

LNP™ STAT KON® RFD04 PA6/6 Compound also Benefits from the balanced Nature of its formulation in Processing. The combination of Fillers is engineered to allow consistent Flow and Dispersion during Molding, enabling manufacturers to achieve uniform Part Quality across Production Runs. This Consistency ensures that both Mechanical and Electrical properties remain stable from Part to Part.

The Compound is not designed for Flame-Retardant Classification and is Therefore not UL94 Listed, as its Intention is to deliver a controlled balance between Stiffness, Conductivity, and Manufacturability rather than Fire Performance.

In application, this material is Frequently selected for ESD Housings, Structural Electronic Components, Connectors, and Industrial Assemblies, where Dimensional Stability and controlled Conductivity must work together in a Single, efficient material Platform.

LNP™ STAT KON® RFD04 PA6/6 Compound is RoHS Compliant, supporting Environmentally Responsible use while delivering consistent Engineering Performance.
