Wear resistant & Electrically Conductive FR Grade Polyamide 6/6 Based

LNP™ STAT KON® RX05488 PA6/6 Compound is developed for applications where Mechanical Strength, Wear Resistance, Electrical Conductivity, and Flame performance must all operate together. Based on a Polyamide 6/6 Platform, this Compound integrates multiple Reinforcement Systems for demanding Industrial Environments.

The Advance LNP™ STAT KON® RX05488 Compound combines Carbon Fiber, Glass Fiber, and PTFE, creating a structure that balances Stiffness, Durability, and Friction Control. Carbon Fiber contributes Electrical Conductivity, while Glass Fiber enhances Rigidity and Dimensional Stability under Load.

Wear Resistance is a key performance Factor. The Inclusion of PTFE reduces Friction during Sliding Contact, allowing components to perform reliably in Motion-Based Systems such as Gears, Guides, and Mechanical Interfaces.

LNP™ STAT KON® RX05488 Compound achieves a Surface Resistivity range of 1×10² to 1×10⁶ Ω, supporting both Conductive and Static-Dissipative behaviour in applications requiring Electrostatic Control.

Thermal and Operational Durability benefit from the Nylon Base. LNP™ STAT KON® RX05488 Compound maintains Strength in demanding Environments while offering Good Resistance to Wear and repeated Mechanical Stress.

LNP™ STAT KON® RX05488 Compound meets UL94-V0 at 1.5 mm, enabling use in applications where Fire Safety requirements must be met alongside Mechanical and Electrical performance.

Processing remains practical despite its Multi-Component formulation. The Compound is engineered for Stable Molding behaviour, supporting consistent production of Precision Parts.
