LNP™ STAT-KON™ RX05489 Compound is a High-Performance Polyamide 6/6 (PA6/6) Compound Reinforced with 10% Carbon Fiber, 20% Glass Fiber and 15% PTFE, engineered for applications requiring Electrical Conductivity, Exceptional Wear Resistance, High Stiffness and Long-Term Mechanical Durability. combining the Structural Advantages of Reinforced Nylon with PTFE Lubrication Technology, STAT-KON™ RX05489 delivers a balanced Solution for Industrial, Automation and Mechanical applications where Conductivity and Tribological performance are Critical.
Built on a PA6/6 Resin Platform, LNP™ STAT-KON™ RX05489 Compound provides excellent Strength, Heat Resistance and Chemical Durability. The combination of Carbon Fiber and Glass Fiber Reinforcement significantly Improves Rigidity, Dimensional Stability and Load-Bearing Capability, while PTFE enhances Wear Resistance and reduces Friction in Moving Components.
A Key Advantage of STAT-KON™ RX05489 is its Electrical Conductivity. The Compound Exhibits a Surface Resistivity range of approximately 1 × 10¹ to 1 × 10⁶ Ω, making it suitable for Conductive and Static Dissipative applications where Electrostatic Discharge Protection is required. This Conductivity performance supports components used in Industrial Automation, material Handling Equipment, Electronic Assemblies and Precision Mechanical Systems.
