LNP™ STAT KON® TX06488 TPU Compound is designed for applications where Movement, Flexibility, and Resilience are Essential to Performance. Unlike Rigid Engineering Plastics, this material Introduces a Level of Elasticity that allows components to Absorb Energy, adapt to External Forces, and Return to their Original Shape without Permanent Deformation.

In Environments where Parts are Constantly Bent, Stretched, or Impacted, Traditional Materials can Crack or Fail over time. This Compound Addresses that Challenge by combining Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) Elasticity with Conductive Functionality, creating a material that remains Active under Stress rather than Resisting it Rigidly.

LNP™ STAT KON® TX06488 TPU Compound Achieves Electrical performance through a Conductive Carbon Powder System, Forming a consistent Pathway for Electrostatic Discharge. With a Surface Resistivity range of 1×10² to 1×10⁵ Ω, it Operates within the Conductive to Static Dissipative Spectrum, enabling Effective Charge Control even in Flexible Components.

The Defining Characteristic of this material is its High Ductility. This allows components to Flex Repeatedly without Fatigue, making it Ideal for Dynamic applications such as Protective Coverings, Flexible Housings, or Parts exposed to Vibration and Movement. Instead of Transferring Stress into Failure Points, the material Distributes it across its Structure.

LNP™ STAT KON® TX06488 TPU Compound also delivers excellent Impact Resistance, particularly under Conditions where Energy Absorption is Critical. Whether subjected to Drops, Compression, or repeated Contact, the material maintains Integrity while Protecting Internal Systems or Surrounding Components.

From a Processing Standpoint, the Compound support consistent Molding and Shaping, allowing Designers to produce Flexible Parts with controlled Thickness, Geometry, and performance Characteristics. This ensures that Electrical and Mechanical properties remain uniform across Production.

The formulation is not Intended for Flame-Retardant Classification and is Therefore not UL94 Listed, as the Engineering Focus remains on Flexibility, Conductivity, and Impact Performance.
In application, this material is especially suited for Flexible ESD Components, Protective Casings, Cable Management Systems, Wearable or Ergonomic Parts, and Impact-Resistant Housings, where Durability must be achieved through Movement rather than Rigidity.
