Black Electrically Conductive, High Stiffness, Structural & High Heat

LNP™ STAT-KON™ WDF40 Compound is a High-Performance Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) Compound Reinforced with 20% Glass Fiber and Proprietary Conductive Fillers, engineered for applications requiring Electrical Conductivity, Structural Strength, High Heat Resistance and Radar Absorption Performance. Combining the Dimensional Stability of PBT with specialized Conductive Filler Technology, STAT-KON™ WDF40 provides a durable Engineering material Solution for Electronics, Telecommunications, Radar Systems and Industrial applications where Conductivity and Long-Term reliability are Critical.

Built on a robust PBT Resin Platform, LNP™ STAT-KON™ WDF40 Compound offers an excellent balance of Mechanical Performance, Thermal Stability and Environmental Durability. The addition of 20% Glass Fiber Reinforcement significantly Improves Stiffness, Strength and Dimensional Stability, while Proprietary Conductive Fillers provide controlled Electrical performance and specialized Electromagnetic Absorption Characteristics.

A Key Advantage of STAT-KON™ WDF40 is its Conductive Capability. The Compound Exhibits a Surface Resistivity range of approximately 1 × 10¹ to 1 × 10⁴ Ω, making it suitable for Conductive and Static Dissipative applications where Effective Electrostatic Discharge Protection is required. This Conductivity Profile supports use in Electronic Equipment, Communication Systems, Industrial Devices and Specialty Electromagnetic applications.

A unique Feature of LNP™ STAT-KON™ WDF40 Compound is its High-Frequency Radar Absorption Capability. The Proprietary Filler System is designed to Help Absorb Electromagnetic Energy, making the material suitable for applications where Radar Attenuation, Electromagnetic Management or Signal Control is required. This Functionality can support extended performance and Durability in Advanced Electronic and Communication Systems.

The 20% Glass Fiber Reinforcement enhances Structural Rigidity and Load-Bearing Capability, allowing components to maintain Dimensional Accuracy and Mechanical Integrity during Long-Term Operation. This makes the material suitable for High-Performance Housings, Antenna Structures, Radar-Related components and demanding Industrial Assemblies.

Another important benefit is its excellent Heat Resistance. The PBT Matrix maintains Dimensional Stability and Mechanical performance at Elevated Temperatures, helping Ensure reliable Operation in Environments where Thermal Stability is required. Combined with Low Moisture Absorption, this contributes to consistent Long-Term Performance.

The Compound also provides Good Impact Resistance, allowing components to withstand Handling and Operational Stresses without Compromising Electrical Performance. Together with its Stiffness and Strength, this makes STAT-KON™ WDF40 suitable for Structural applications requiring Durability and Reliability.

Designed for Long Service Life, LNP™ STAT-KON™ WDF40 Compound offers Extended Durability in demanding applications. The combination of Conductive Performance, Radar Absorption characteristics and Reinforced Structural properties enables Engineers to develop Advanced Designs with improved Operational Longevity.

Because of its combination of Conductivity, Radar Absorption Capability, Structural performance and Thermal Stability, LNP™ STAT-KON™ WDF40 Compound is suitable for Radar Systems, Communication Equipment, Electronic Housings, Industrial Electronics, Telecommunications Infrastructure and specialized Electromagnetic applications.

In addition to its Electrical and Mechanical Advantages, LNP™ STAT-KON™ WDF40 Compound is RoHS Compliant, supporting Compliance with Global Environmental Regulations while maintaining High-Performance Engineering Characteristics.
