STAT-KON WEF42I Compound. PBT 20% Carbon Fiber & 20% Glass Fiber

Black Electrically Conductive, High Impact Strength & Good Structural

LNP™ STAT-KON™ WEF42I Compound is a High-Performance Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) Compound Reinforced with 10% Carbon Fiber and 20% Glass Fiber, engineered for applications requiring Electrical Conductivity, High Impact Strength, Structural Rigidity and Long-Term Dimensional Stability. combining the Inherent Advantages of PBT Resin with Dual-Fiber Reinforcement Technology, STAT-KON™ WEF42I delivers an excellent balance of Conductivity, Strength, Heat Resistance and Lightweight performance for demanding Industrial and Electrical applications.

Built on a robust PBT Resin Platform, LNP™ STAT-KON™ WEF42I Compound offers excellent Dimensional Stability, Low Moisture Absorption and reliable Mechanical Performance. The addition of 10% Carbon Fiber Reinforcement provides Electrical Conductivity while Improving Stiffness and Structural Integrity. The 20% Glass Fiber Reinforcement further enhances Strength and Rigidity, creating a highly Durable Engineering material suitable for Load-Bearing applications.

A Key Advantage of STAT-KON™ WEF42I is its Conductive Performance. The Compound Exhibits a Surface Resistivity Ranging from approximately 1 × 10² to 1 × 10⁵ Ω, making it suitable for Conductive and Static Dissipative applications where Electrostatic Charge Control is Important. This performance supports applications in Electrical Equipment, Industrial Automation Systems, Electronic components and Conductive Structural Assemblies.

Unlike standard Conductive Materials, LNP™ STAT-KON™ WEF42I combines Electrical Functionality with excellent Impact Performance. The Reinforced PBT formulation provides High Impact Strength while maintaining Stiffness and Dimensional Accuracy under Mechanical Stress. This makes the material well suited for demanding Environments where Durability and Conductivity must Coexist.

Another important benefit is its excellent Structural Performance. The combination of Carbon Fiber and Glass Fiber Reinforcement Produces a Lightweight Yet highly Rigid material Capable of Replacing Heavier Metal components in selected applications. The result is improved Design Flexibility, reduced System Weight and reliable Long-Term Mechanical Performance.

The PBT Matrix also contributes excellent Heat Resistance, enabling components to maintain their Mechanical and Electrical properties under Elevated Operating Temperatures. combined with good Dimensional Stability, this makes STAT-KON™ WEF42I suitable for Precision Molded components used in Industrial and Electrical Systems.

Because of its balance of Conductivity, Impact Strength, Stiffness and Thermal Performance, LNP™ STAT-KON™ WEF42I Compound is commonly used for Electrical Housings, Industrial Equipment, Automation Components, Electronic Assemblies, Structural supports and Conductive Engineering Parts requiring Long-Term Reliability.

In addition to its Electrical and Mechanical Advantages, LNP™ STAT-KON™ WEF42I Compound is RoHS Compliant, supporting Compliance with Global Environmental Regulations that Restrict the use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment. This helps manufacturers achieve Sustainability Objectives while maintaining High-Performance Engineering material Solutions.
