LNP™ STAT KON® WEF42ISP PBT Compound is engineered as a material System that manages Multiple Operational Risks at once — Mechanical Stress, Electrostatic Build-Up, and Hazardous Environmental Conditions. In Environments Governed by ATEX Requirements, Materials must Act as a stable and reliable Barrier against Potential Failure, not Just a Structural Component.

The performance of this Compound is built through Layered Reinforcement. Glass Fiber contributes to Overall Rigidity and Dimensional Control, allowing the material to maintain Precise Geometry even under Mechanical Load. At the same time, Carbon Fiber Introduces a Conductive Pathway, enabling controlled Electrostatic Discharge to reduce the Risk of Charge Accumulation in Sensitive or Explosive Environments.

LNP™ STAT KON® WEF42ISP PBT Compound Operates within a Surface Resistivity range of 1×10⁴ to 1×10⁶ Ω, Positioning it in the Static Dissipative Region. This ensures that Static Charges are Safely Managed without Introducing Excessive Conductivity that could Interfere with System Performance. The material Therefore support both Safety and Operational Stability in controlled Industrial Systems.

The PBT Base Polymer adds Another Dimension of Performance. Known for its Thermal and Chemical Stability, it allows components to Function reliably in Environments exposed to Temperature Fluctuations, Industrial Fluids, or Long Service Cycles. Combined with Reinforcement, this results in a material that Performs Predictably even when exposed to Continuous Environmental Stress.

The Compound is not Positioned as a Flame-Retardant Solution and is Therefore not UL94 Listed, as its Design Focus is Centered on ATEX Compliance, Electrostatic Control, and Mechanical performance rather than Flame Classification.
