STAT-KON WX11322 Compound. PBT Resin with Carbon Fiber & Glass Fiber

Electrically Conductive, High Stiffness, Flame Retardant & High Heat

LNP™ STAT-KON™ WX11322 Compound is a High-Performance Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) Compound Reinforced with Carbon Fiber and Glass Fiber, engineered for applications requiring Electrical Conductivity, Structural Strength, Dimensional Stability and Heat Resistance. Combining the Durability of PBT with Advanced Reinforcement Technologies, STAT-KON™ WX11322 delivers Lightweight Structural performance for demanding Electrical, Electronics, Industrial and Automation applications.

Built on a Proven PBT Resin Platform, LNP™ STAT-KON™ WX11322 Compound offers excellent Dimensional Stability, Low Moisture Absorption and Dependable Mechanical Performance. The combination of Carbon Fiber and Glass Fiber Reinforcement significantly enhances Stiffness and Strength while providing controlled Electrical Conductivity, making the material suitable for Structural and Electrostatic-Sensitive applications.

A Key Advantage of STAT-KON™ WX11322 is its Conductive Performance. The Compound Exhibits a Surface Resistivity of approximately 9.0 × 10⁷ Ω, making it suitable for Static Dissipative and Conductivity-Controlled applications where Electrostatic Charge Management is Important. This performance supports Electrical Enclosures, Industrial Equipment, Electronic Assemblies and Precision Engineering Components.

The Dual Reinforcement System provides Outstanding Mechanical Properties. Carbon Fiber Reinforcement contributes enhanced Stiffness, Strength and Conductivity, while Glass Fiber Reinforcement Improves Dimensional Stability and reduces deformation under Load. as a Result, components Molded from LNP™ STAT-KON™ WX11322 Compound maintain excellent Structural Integrity and Long-Term Durability.

Another important benefit is its Low Warpage Performance. The Reinforced PBT formulation helps Minimize Shrinkage Variation and Part Distortion, enabling the Production of Dimensionally accurate components for Precision Engineering applications.

The PBT Matrix also contributes excellent Heat Resistance, allowing components to maintain Mechanical properties and Dimensional Stability under Elevated Operating Temperatures. This Characteristic makes the material suitable for Electrical, Industrial and Automotive-Related applications requiring reliable Thermal Performance.

Designed for Lightweight Structural applications, STAT-KON™ WX11322 offers an excellent Strength-To-Weight Ratio, allowing Engineers to reduce Component Weight while maintaining High Stiffness and Strength. This makes it an attractive Alternative to Heavier Materials in critical Engineering Designs.

The Compound Achieves a UL94 HB Rating from 2.0 mm to 3.0 mm, supporting applications where a balance of Conductivity, Mechanical performance and Heat Resistance is required.

Because of its combination of Conductivity, Dimensional Stability, Low Warpage and Structural Strength, LNP™ STAT-KON™ WX11322 Compound is commonly used in Electrical Housings, Industrial Automation Equipment, Electronic Assemblies, Structural Brackets, Conductive Fixtures and Lightweight Engineering Components.

In addition to its Electrical and Mechanical Advantages, LNP™ STAT-KON™ WX11322 Compound is RoHS Compliant, supporting Compliance with Global Environmental Regulations while maintaining Dependable Engineering Performance.
