STAT-KON ZE002 Compound. PPE/PS Blend with 10% Conductive Carbon Fiber

The Advance LNP™ STAT KON® ZE002 Compound incorporates 10% Conductive Carbon Fiber, enabling controlled electrical performance across Molded Parts. Surface Resistivity falls within the range of 1×10² to 1×10⁴ Ω, making it suitable for Dissipating Static Charges in Sensitive Environments.

Unlike Heavier Reinforced Systems, LNP™ STAT KON® ZE002 Compound offers a Lightweight Structural Profile. The PPE/PS base contributes to reduced Density while maintaining Rigidity, making it suitable for applications where Mass Reduction is Important.

Hydrolytic Stability is a Key material Advantage. LNP™ STAT KON® ZE002 Compound performs well in Humid or Moisture Exposed Environments, maintaining Dimensional Consistency without Significant Degradation. This expands its use into Fluid-Adjacent or environmentally variable Conditions.
