LNP™ STAT-KON™ ZE0039 Compound is a High-Performance Electrically Conductive PPE/PS (Polyphenylene Ether / Polystyrene) Compound Reinforced with 15% Carbon Fiber and enhanced with a Halogenated Flame-Retardant System. developed for applications requiring Conductivity, Lightweight Structural Performance, Dimensional Stability and Flame Resistance, STAT-KON™ ZE0039 offers an excellent balance of Mechanical, Electrical and Processing properties for demanding Industrial and Electronic Environments.

Based on a Proven PPE/PS Resin Platform, LNP™ STAT-KON™ ZE0039 Compound combines the Toughness and Dimensional Stability of Polyphenylene Ether with the Processing Advantages of Polystyrene. This creates a Ductile Engineering material that Performs well in applications requiring Stiffness, Strength and Dimensional Accuracy while maintaining Relatively Low Weight compared to many Traditional Engineering Materials.

A Key Advantage of STAT-KON™ ZE0039 is its Conductive Performance. The Compound Exhibits a Surface Resistivity range of approximately 1 × 10² to 1 × 10⁴ Ω, providing Effective Electrical Conductivity and Static Dissipation Capabilities.
