LNP™ STAT-KON™ ZE004XXQ Compound is a High-Performance Polyphenylene Ether / Polystyrene (PPE/PS) Blend Reinforced with 20% Conductive Carbon Fiber, engineered for applications requiring Electrical Conductivity, Lightweight Structural Performance, High Stiffness and excellent Dimensional Stability. Combining the Toughness and Hydrolytic Stability of PPE/PS with Advanced Carbon Fiber Reinforcement, STAT-KON™ ZE004XXQ delivers an Ideal balance of Strength, Conductivity and Weight Reduction for Process Engineering, Electrical, Consumer Electronics and Medical applications.

Built on a Proven PPE/PS Resin Platform, LNP™ STAT-KON™ ZE004XXQ Compound offers excellent Mechanical performance while maintaining the Ductility and Processing Advantages Associated with PPE/PS Materials. The 20% Carbon Fiber Reinforcement significantly enhances Stiffness, Structural Integrity and Conductivity, making the material suitable for critical components requiring both Electrostatic Control and Lightweight Construction.
