LNP™ STAT-KON™ ZEL34XXC Compound is a High-Performance Electrically Conductive PPE/PS (Polyphenylene Ether / Polystyrene) Blend developed for demanding Industrial, Electrical, Medical and Consumer Electronic applications requiring Stiffness, Wear Resistance and Dimensional Stability. Reinforced with 20% Carbon Fiber and 15% PTFE, STAT-KON™ ZEL34XXC combines Conductivity with Exceptional Mechanical Performance, offering a Lightweight Alternative to Traditional Metal components while maintaining excellent Processing Characteristics.

Built on a PPE/PS Resin Platform, LNP™ STAT-KON™ ZEL34XXC Compound delivers an excellent balance of Toughness, Rigidity and Dimensional Stability. The Inherent properties of Polyphenylene Ether and Polystyrene Blends provide Low Moisture Absorption, good Dimensional Control and reliable Mechanical Performance, making the material suitable for Precision components and Structural applications.

A Key Advantage of STAT-KON™ ZEL34XXC is its Electrical Conductivity. The Compound Achieves a Surface Resistivity range of approximately 1 × 10² to 1 × 10⁴ Ω, allowing Effective Static Dissipation and Conductivity for applications where Electrostatic Charge Control is Critical.
